Open only to United States citizens who (at that time they took their Scholarship) hold a first degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States with a minimum GPA of 3.7.International Phd To qualify for the award is maintained from October 2010, candidates must have graduated from college or university they graduate after April 2007. If awarded a scholarship, candidates will be expected to study at Royal Holloway.
